You may think this is misogynistic to point out. And for long, I thought just like you!
Until I realized to move on we need to address uncomfortable truths. What is "female intrasexual competition"? To keep it short it is the strategy that women use to compete against each other which is the majority of the time indirect aggression.
The hierarchy of women is one where the most popular is at the top and not one of competence. The threat of exclusion that women use against those that try to change their position within the hierarchy no matter how competent, makes it hard for actual intelligent women to succeed.
Why is it important that we are aware of this? So we can put institutions in place to counter its negative outcomes of it. Not all women are down for that btw, they will continue using their popularity to try to cancel you as soon as you threaten their position as they didn't acquire it due to their competence, intelligence, or hard work, but because of possessing certain character that makes it easier to be popular by the majority. They won't be giving it up anytime soon, and those that they "lord" over will defend them to death for fear of being at another end of their first. Some will call them queen bees or whatever.
They are to be found everywhere. Yes, even in feminist spaces, trans lunacy may already have shown you, how quickly other "feminists" turn against you once you don't support what they do. They will try to exclude you from everywhere, they would exclude you from life too if they could. Other women will follow them just to be "nice" (read to not be the one targeted) most women have no honor to stand up for what they believe in. Radical feminism is no better. You see the same pattern going on. If you don't agree with small things, big accs will send their followers after you, and you are done for.
Imagine if you were at war and your teammates were being canceled left and right by the popular people there for a mere disagreement? You would be left with a small population and then you would lose the war to your enemies who do not eat their own, if you were to point out how much better they handle things, does that mean that you are on their side? No, you want your group to do better. What if your group would ostracize you for it? Claiming you "hate them"?
Exactly. We are at war, not physically but our freedom depends on it. When your goal is so important, excluding those fighting with you is not smart. Allowing incompetent bullies at the top is even worse. We can make a difference, we can do better. That only will happen once we face uncomfortable truths and solve them.
